As President and co-founder of Sunwood Ventures, Erendira’s wide-ranging responsibilities include corporate planning, transaction execution, project management, and office operations. She oversees market analysis, business plans, feasibility analysis, and investment packages. Known for her thoroughness and consummate eye for detail, she is a highly effective editor of words and numbers.
With the analytical ability of an appraiser, the modeling skills of a finance manager, and the discipline of an accountant, Eri watches every dollar. She oversees and actively contributes to market analysis. As an advanced user of Argus, Tract Pie, and Excel, Eri conducts feasibility analyses and develops business plans, creating forecasts and monitoring the updating of business plans for current assets.
Eri’s background in information systems coupled with her intuitive sense for software allows the company to stay current with rapidly evolving technology. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego with an emphasis in Finance, and is literate in English and Spanish. In addition, she received two undergraduate degrees from the University of the Pacific – a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.
