Chairman of the Board of The Corky McMillin Companies, Scott McMillin joined the McMillin organization in 1981 as a third-generation home builder. The firm was founded by his late father Corky McMillin in 1960 and is now headed by Scott and his brother Mark McMillin, President/CEO.

Corky McMillin started as a remodeling and custom-home builder. Over the last four decades, the company has grown into a fully integrated real-estate investment, land development, and home building enterprise operating in several California markets as well as San Antonio, Texas and Branson, Missouri. Since its founding, the company has built over 30,000 residences, 16 master-planned communities, more than 20 parks, thousands of miles of roads, schools, shopping centers, office and industrial parks, college dormitories, and 2,000 military residences.

Scott is also the President and CEO of McMillin Realty, the company where he got his start. He is very involved in community affairs. He currently serves on the Sharp Hospital Board. He has been on the boards of several civic, charitable, and economic-development institutions.

“Gordie” MacKenzie is a principal of Eagle Real Estate Group. Leading Eagle’s construction division, Gordie has accumulated more than 30 years of residential and commercial development experience throughout North America. For the last 20 years, he has concentrated on development in Southern California.

Prior to becoming a partner of Eagle Real Estate Group, Gordie was the President and CEO of Polygon Development, a commercial real estate developer of more than $200 million in assets throughout Southern California. Some of Gordie’s greatest career achievements include his 20-year tenure as President of Brookfield Commercial Properties with asset value of $1.2 billion. Gordie was at the helm when Brookfield developed the award-winning Scripps Ranch, a 1,200-acre master-planned community in San Diego County.

Gordie has served with various charitable institutions, including a stint on the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society.
